Patient presents with trauma to the upper central incisors, having lost two-thirds of the clinical crown in both teeth, presenting severe pain.
We proceeded to perform endodontic treatment on both teeth and placed glass fiber posts for crown reconstruction. Treatment finalized with zirconia crowns on teeth 11 and 21.
